Better Minds Blueprint

I have seen what silence costs — and I've built a system to break it.

I grew up in Sweden, where the winters are long and dark and you learn early how to endure. My childhood was shaped by trauma and an alcoholic father. Depression, for me, was never just a diagnosis. It was something I lived.

That experience shaped the nurse I became. For 20 years, I worked as a registered nurse across oncology, chemotherapy, palliative care, stroke recovery, and home health — caring for patients and supporting their families through some of the most physically and emotionally demanding moments of their lives. I later became a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, trained in the Grief Recovery Method®. That experience, combined with two decades of clinical insight, became the foundation for the program I built myself.

Today, I focus that expertise on construction sites, factories, and industrial workplaces — industries with some of the highest sick-leave rates and the least support for talking about mental health.

The Better Minds Blueprint is my answer: a 6-step mindset program engineered to reduce sick leave by changing how workers relate to stress, pressure, and their own body signals — not by adding another wellness perk nobody uses.

Each step is a fully architected platform module, built for real behavior change:

  • Input — a short video or text lesson introducing the concept
  • Exercise — a reflective or behavioral task the worker completes on their own
  • Submission — a checkpoint I review personally, with direct coach feedback

The result is a structured feedback loop, not a one-off course — six steps of accountability, insight, and adjustment that meet workers where they are and move them somewhere better.

I don't teach resilience as theory. I built a system around it — because I know exactly what it costs when no one asks if you're okay.
